This commit adds initial support for passing null as a valid value for color properties.
When a color property is applied, if it wasn't specified then the default color is applied. Now, when null is passed, no color will be applied
leaving the last color applied as is.
This is useful when showing an Overlay and you'd like to keep the current StatusBar color unaffected. Another usecase would be when you'd like to avoid coloring an icon in BottomTabs.

Fixes an issue with ScrollView inside an Overlay. While down events were propagated to the view, move events were consumed by the overlay preventing scroll components from functioning correctly.
Orientation.hasValue returns false for default orientation
This bug caused orientation set in defaultOptions to be disregarded.
Setting default orientation is still somewhat wrong now that its behaviour has changed when targeting SDK 28.
This property is used to set background color only for components,
unlike backgroundColor which sets color for every type of layout.
Motivation
When a view appears, its options are resolved according to its
currently displayed children. Basically this means that child options
are hoisted to the parent as children can declare options which effect
their parent.
This means that if a component has declared layout.backgroundColor or
if that property was declared in defaultOptions, each view will have a
background color, which might contribute to a significant overdraw.

This commit started with a small fix to a TopBar visibility issue detailed in #3971 which unveiled
a few issues with how options are resolved and merged.
TopBar visibility
The initial TopBar visibility issue was a result of hide animators now being cancelled when pushing another screen.
Another issue was that if the TopBar was not measured (Initial stack child was shown with `TopBar.visible = false`),
the start value passed to the Y translation was 0. This commit makes sure the TopBar show animation starts after the TopBar is measured.
Options issues
When resolving current issues in ParentControllers, the options of the current child were wrongfully taken into account.
This commit changes options resolve logic so that initial options (and options dynamically merged to them via mergeOptions call) are merged.
Implement Element transition on Android
This commit adds basic support for Element transition to Android.
Currently, only Shared Transition is supported and only when pushing screens.
There are a few caveats you need to be aware of if you intend to use
this feature in its current state:
1. Since elements need to be laid out before the transition can start, Set `waitForRender: true` when pushing the destination screen.
2. Fade animation has to be used when pushing screens with shared elements.

This commit introduces an option to control the way components are pushed into the stack.
When pushing components into a stack, they are pushed the moment they are measured.
If `waitForRender` is true, components will be pushed only after the initial render.
